print out the TxCARE™ Petition to get Adult Adoptees Access to their Original Birth Certificates, sign it, circulate it to registered voters, then send the completed petition to TxCARE™. We'll deliver it to the Texas Legislature to let them know there is support among registered Texas voters for this issue.
